  • Incorrect Items: If we mistakenly ship the wrong product or an item not ordered, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
  • Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will be eligible for a full refund (see our Cancellation Policy).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Once an order is customized or personalized (e.g., name engravings, bespoke designs), it cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Items on Sale: Products purchased during a sale or promotion are generally not refundable, except in cases of damage or defect.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank account, or PayPal) used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. However, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to accommodate subject to availability. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. The item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are returned in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the items are safely returned.
  • Matsya Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.
