- Custom or Personalized Orders: Once an order is customized or personalized (e.g., name engravings, bespoke designs), it cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

- Matsya Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.
